1. Have the right postures

3. Hold your diaphragm while your train

You still breathe normally but you will need to hold your diaphragm while your move. This is similar to when you want to hide your belly to others and you push it back to your stomach. 4. Watch your diet

If you do not change your diet that makes you fat, you will not get good result of the training. Make sure that you follow the right formula on your diet and you will see your amazing abs in no time.
